This course provides learners with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in event management, covering the entire event lifecycle from planning and venue preparation to logistics coordination, event execution, and customer relationship management.
Learners will develop the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver successful events by managing venues, technical facilities, supply chains, operational teams, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Upon completion, learners will be equipped with the competencies required to support and coordinate a wide range of corporate, commercial, and public events in a professional environment.
